At YouCopia, we want you to love your organized space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the home organization products you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
